Radicchio & Pasta

1/2 pound pancetta, chopped
1 large head radicchio, sliced, chopped
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 28-ounce can chopped tomatoes
1 pound fusilli or other curly pasta, cooked per package directions

In a large skillet, brown pancetta. Add radicchio and cook until wilted and reduced in volume. Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are heated through. Remove from heat and add parsley. Add cooked pasta.
