Dijon Vinaigrette with Dill Weed

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh dill weed (or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Makes about 3/4 cup.
